What is your return policy?

You can return any unworn and unused item in its original packaging with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions. You will need your order number and email address.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend that customers send returns using a tracked and insured service, as we are unable to take responsibility for lost packages.

For international orders, customs duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Yes, exchanges are available for size swaps. If your preferred size is out of stock, you will receive a refund.

We do not cover the cost of exchange shipping. In the case of exchanges, once your product is back with us, we will email you a postage invoice to complete before shipping your exchange.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your returned item, it may take up to 7-10 business days for processing and issuing a refund.
