How will I know that my order has been confirmed?

When you place an order on notwoways.com, we'll send you an order confirmation via email. If you haven't received it after a few minutes, please check your junk mail. If it’s still nowhere to be found, please contact our customer service team to assist you further.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to track the progress of your delivery. Please allow up
to 24 hours for tracking links to update.

You can get the latest status of your order through the chat widget on the support page of the website.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We aim to process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to make any changes and so will need to follow the returns process.

Please note that we are unable to update the address on your order once it has been dispatched.

What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?

We're sorry that you've received a faulty item or incomplete order. Please contact the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, sharing photos and your order number so that we can assist you further.

How do I find out when an item or size is back in stock?

To be notified when an item or size is back in stock, go to the product page and select the size you want. Then, click the ‘Notify Me’ button and enter your email address. You will receive an email as soon as the item or size is available. Alternatively drop us a message and we can try to help you out.
