SHIPPING / RETURNS
Shipping will be charged during checkout. Delivery to the UK is free of charge for orders above £130 and takes 4-7 working days. Orders outside of the UK will be sent via international courier. Transit times vary based on destination, but take 7-14 working days.
Taxes may be due on your order if you are located outside of the UK. In the EU - for orders under €150, taxes are not payable. EU orders over €150 will require a customs payment.
All orders can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, you must return the entire box and all of its contents. Notwoways does not cover the cost of returns. For more information, please see our FAQs

What is in the Mystery Box?
A random selection of items will be allocated to each order. If you’ve ordered from us before, we’ll do our best to ensure we do not fulfil your order with a pair of shoes you might already own.
How many Mystery Boxes are available?
Mystery Boxes are limited and will be allocated based on stock availability. To ensure everyone has a fair chance at securing a box, we are limiting orders to three boxes per customer max.
What is the value of the box?
The contents of the box will add up to at least £120 for a regular box, and £160 for an upgraded box.
What is the shipping time?
For UK deliveries please allow up to 7 days for your Mystery Box to ship.
For other orders please allow up to 14 days for your Mystery Box to ship.
Please order your box early, we will be working hard to ensure delivery before Christmas.
How do I get in touch with you?

Returns
You can return your box as long as all items are in their original condition, or exchange the entire box if the sizing is wrong. You can return the entire box and all of its contents up to Friday 10th January 2025 after receiving your purchase as long as it is returned in its original condition, i.e. unworn, undamaged, with all original labels and undamaged packaging. All goods will be inspected upon return. notwoways reserves the right to reject returns which do not meet these criteria.
