Mystery Box terms and conditions

The “Promoter” is Notwoways Ltd, Company Registration Number 12512852, whose Registered Office is at Amelia House, Crescent Road, Worthing, England, BN11 1QR.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter. By taking part in this Promotion, an entrant is confirming their agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Only one prize per scratchcard will be awarded and each prize awarded can only be redeemed once and by one person. Multiple redemptions will be disqualified. There is no entry fee to enter this Promotion, nor any skill required to participate.

The closing date for redemption of prizes will be 23.00 BST on February 28th, 2025. No responsibility can be accepted by the Promoter for redemption requests not received by that date.

Prizes are awarded only as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Following redemption, in the normal course of business the Promoter will notify each prize winner as to when, where and how the prize will be delivered, operating at all times in line with the Terms of Service found at https://www.notwoways.com/policies/terms-of-service.

The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material relating to the Promotion. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation, will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent and will only be used in adherence to the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.notwoways.com/pages/privacy-policy.

The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
